Broad guidelines about some of the contents of Chapter 3 of Bhagawad
Geeta
are given below which will be helpful for the participant while
preparing for the

-
There is a Devata for each and every element. For eg Vayu
devata for air, Varuna
devata for water, etc. We should do havan and offer aahutis
to these forces. The
mantras chanted during the havans please the Devatas and
they in turn, take
care of us and bless us with abundant rain etc.
-
As humans, we have duties towards our scriptures, rishis,
elders, fellow humans
and other living beings. When we work for others, we too
benefit. Selfless
actions done as a cooperative endeavour results in
prosperity for all. Cooperative
endeavours bring prosperity to a country and a country's
prosperity is our
prosperity too!
-
- When we look around us, we realize that Mother Nature is
the greatest giver.
All her gifts are priceless. She gives abundantly,
selflessly and tirelessly. Is it not
our duty to take care of her?
